- All purchases made at final sale prices from Sika’s Couture are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- For all other purchases, refunds are not available; however, items may be exchanged within five (5) business days of delivery.

- Products may be exchanged only once for another item of equal value, and must be requested within five (5) business days of delivery.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Item
While we do not offer refunds, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A Brief Description of the issue
We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
📦 Shipping & Handling
- Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable.
- If a package is returned due to an Incorrect or Incomplete Address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees will apply.
